By attending training with BARCLAY TRAINING LTD, you’re agreeing to be bound by this policy. On our regulated courses you will be given the opportunity to ask questions and will be required to sign the data management acceptance at induction by our trainer.
Our data is held electronically in multiple locations to ensure redundancy against any damage to devices. It is held 1. On a secure computer 2. On secure cloud storage, both of which have secure access requirements and regularly updated passwords.

The coordinator is responsible for registering, enrolling, checking and issuing of SCN. This will be done within 7 days. The coordinator will also check on Connect that our centre is approved to offer the units and group awards, check that the award has not finished or entered its lapsing period prior to course commencement.
The coordinator is responsible for recording results and submitting them unit by unit unless all units will be completed within 7 days. The assessor will submit paper or electronic results to the coordinator for submission. The upload checklist form will require the internal verifier to sign off before the coordinator will upload.
The coordinator is responsible for:
Changes to candidates’ personal details (e.g., change of surname, change of address)
Withdrawal of unit and group award entries when past their completion date and not resulted as a pass or fail, or
Extending unit and/or group award entry dates where candidates have been granted an extension

Driver CPC training/ TM CPC
Your information will be shared with JAUPT for them to monitor and manage approved centres and the training uploaded to the DVSA system, and where necessary shared with member state authorities to confirm Driver CPC entitlement abroad.
